Exchange Policy

At Magic Makeup, we take pride in offering 100% original imported products and ensuring a smooth delivery experience. To maintain product hygiene, quality, and fairness, we follow a strict exchange-only policy under specific conditions outlined below.

Please Note:

  • We do not offer refunds or returns.

  • Exchanges are only accepted in specific cases, such as:

    • You received the wrong product

    • The product arrived damaged or leaked

    • You received an incomplete order

Important Conditions for Exchange:

  1. A complete unboxing video must be recorded before opening the parcel, clearly showing the packaging, product, and any issues.

  2. The video must be sent to our team within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.

  3. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with all packaging intact.

  4. Exchanges are only processed after reviewing and verifying the unboxing video.

If your request meets these conditions, we will arrange an exchange for the correct or undamaged product at no extra cost.

Not Eligible for Exchange:

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Opened or used products

  • Failing to send an unboxing video
