You received the wrong product

Important Conditions for Exchange:

A complete unboxing video must be recorded before opening the parcel, clearly showing the packaging, product, and any issues.

The video must be sent to our team within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with all packaging intact.

Exchanges are only processed after reviewing and verifying the unboxing video.
If your request meets these conditions, we will arrange an exchange for the correct or undamaged product at no extra cost.
